Jonathan Chiaramonte is a history and social/emotional learning educator who has spent 21 years doing the same thing every day: making sure the kid in the back row knows they count.
In 2012 that work became the You Matter Experience — a program built around confidence, identity and belonging that has empowered more than 3,000 students. His classroom approach was featured on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and today he takes the same message on the road as a national presenter and motivational speaker.
He doesn’t do lectures. He does real conversations — the kind students actually repeat to each other in the hallway afterward.
